They sent me the hair that I did not order. I wash the hair seven times and it still smells like corn chips. Also bleach some of the hair with a 20 developer it killed the hair. This is some of the worst hair I've ever bought and I don't recommend it whatsoever. I prefer installs that look natural, so I went with 2 bundles and a closure. I twist and wear a bonnet every night, so pics are "twist-outs".

I have heard many good things about Kendra’s boutique however my experience with the quality of the hair has been highly disappointing. I comb out with the right hair utensils for curly hair before bed and I apply leave in conditioner, serum and moose and the hair is still not tamed. I will say the lace does blend very well with skin. I would highly recommend to stay clear of Kendra’s boutique. The quality of the hair has fallen drastically and the customer service is appalling.
I will definitely be purchasing my hair from Kendra’s boutique from now on. Bad service i order almost 2 weeks ago and paid extra for shipping within 2-3 days with DHL Express. There is no mail adres of kendra to send a complain or for help.

I purchased the same hair in 2017 and tried to purchase a longer length in 2023. I saw a major difference in quality with the most recent hair knotting and shedding tremendously. As a buyer from the UK I always bought from Kendra’s boutique as the quality has been the best for years. I have never experienced such an issue. Customer service were extremely unhelpful and disregarded all my concerns after having asked me to send photographic evidence of my claim.
I have used Kendra's hair for like 7 years! And will last when you properly care for it. I'm also use the closures to make wigs as well.
I contacted the company, but I still don't have a response back. Kendra hair has always been the best!! I have all my hair from about 6/7 years ago if remember correctly.. Basically I was one of her first customers!
I've been buying bundles through Kendra for a year + now and I won't go back. I used to buy $100 bundles everytime I got a sew in and I would throw them away after. I'm so glad I came across a stylist who recommended Kendra's Boutique for me! Im going to Bahamas next week and can't wait to show yall what my bundles look like installed.
I have a frontal from Yummy Exstentions and 7strands they're both raw vendors and i compared them. I would say kendra's hair is the same as beauty supply hair. The lace front was supposed to be 20 inches. I got a refund but they kept the shipping fee and i have to PAY to return the item. They do not send return labels.
Suggested companies are based on people’s browsing tendencies. Everything was great per usual. I wish she did something to show loyal customers appreciation.
